Printing too light

All - When I publish a group of layouts and print (without hairline and black and white), printer outputs very light lines. Not readable. When I print directly from layout book there is no problem. Any ideas? Thx

Different elements, same texture. How to align?

I have different elements, a roof, and some profiles on the edges. The top par of all uses the same texture but it doesn't align on elevations (fill) or 3d (surface). Is there a global setting for this?
